Large room, large bathroom.

The hotel was great value, yet I stayed for 1 night only. The staff were both exceptionally nice and outstandingly accommodating. There were very comfy beds and an electric kettle, central heating, and a work desk inside the room. The breakfast was tasty with lots of products. The venue took care of the great service. Really enjoyed my stay in Newcastle upon Tyne, and couldn't recommend more it.

Hotel was well-run and really cute and I greatly enjoyed the food there, it was good. I had reasonably priced room with 3 single beds. The staff was excellent friendly and amiable, good service. The venue was in a central location close to metrocentre. There was a downstairs bar.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this property and its ideal and excellent location.

Thank you for a very special stay. This is an old-fashioned impeccably clean hotel providing beautifully presented and well-appointed rooms. They serve savoury and tasty breakfasts for all tastes with cereal toast decent coffee, toast plus orange juice. The room is reasonably priced. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and accommodates all of guests' needs. The location is perfect and magnificent, near to Easy to get to Newcastle Centre and Newcastle city centre. Gateshead is a district that deserves exploring.

Ideal old-fashioned place, it has particularly good and perfect location really close to public transport, £ 8 in a taxi from Newcastle centre and riverside. It has both exceptionally nice and efficient staff. The hotel offers a huge variety of food that was lovely.

No complaints, the venue met expectations. Had a savoury breakfast for beans on toast the next, truly enjoyed the meal. I had great value for money room with the poster, the bar, for example. Its staff was genuinely helpful and very friendly. This hotel was set in a central area near the centre of Newcastle, bus stop on the door step, and a short bus trip to the centre of Newcastle.

Didn't like the area, it was dull.

The venue is little, with brilliant food and marvellous location close to town Center.

The stay here was special for 1 night. The staff was outstandingly accommodating and affable and made me feel at home. Got good-sized standard double room on the poster when arrived, greatly enjoyed that. The venue was in a central location very close to local areas, short bus ride into Newcastle and £8 in a taxi from Newcastle centre. Gateshead district was worth exploring.

Disappointing aspect was very basic bathroom.

It offered us magnificent and fantastic location next to Metro & short bus ride into Newcastle, Newcastle for the first time, and Gateshead for a football match at Newcastle.

Early check-in, brand-new and well-appointed rooms with nice bedroom and a decent bed plus a drink. A delightful decor.
